Rationale

Mox Diamond's restrictions and status on various banlists were determined by its capacity to provide extremely fast and powerful mana. It was grouped with other artifacts, including other Moxen, Mana Crypt, and Mana Vault, because these pieces accelerate the game dramatically, making them prohibitive in certain highly competitive formats.
