Rationale

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur was previously included in the Game Changers list for Commander because it is considered a high-mana value card capable of draining opponents' resources and dramatically warping the game state in a manner deemed challenging for casual play. Following an overhaul of the Game Changers list philosophy, the card was removed from the designation due to a general effort to de-emphasize the power of high-mana value cards, focusing instead on cards that generate game-warping effects at lower resource costs.
