Timeline

• October 8, 1996 - Released
• April 22, 2025 - Status changed to Game Changers in Commander

Rationale

Worldly Tutor was included on the Game Changers list because one-mana tutors capable of searching a wide array of cards represent a highly efficient swing. The card's power level is compared to that of *Imperial Seal* and *Mystical Tutor*. Despite existing restrictions regarding the number of tutors allowed in lower brackets, the efficiency and impact of Worldly Tutor necessitated its inclusion as a major component of the format.
