Rationale

Force of Will is grouped with other powerful, free counterspells due to its high impact on the format. Its notable capability to counter anything, including commanders, and its timing—allowing it to resolve on the caster's turn—makes it a card that warrants specific attention on the Game Changers list for its ability to protect player engines and stabilize highly executed combinations.
