Rationale

Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy was previously categorized on the Game Changers list for the Commander format due to its high impact. Following a review of the list's philosophy, the card was removed because its power level alone, specifically its effectiveness as a powerful commander, was insufficient to qualify it as a Game Changer. Game Changers are intended to list cards that dramatically warp the game through various means, rather than simply being powerful legendary creatures.
