Rationale

Pin Collection was designated for banning in Legacy, Vintage, and Pauper because it is a card that brings a sticker or an Attraction into the game. This universal ban of all sticker and Attraction cards was implemented to eliminate the discrepancy between the paper and digital formats, ensuring a consistent and healthy experience across all play environments.
