Rationale

Roxi, Publicist to the Stars was banned in Legacy, Vintage, and Pauper as part of a sweeping rule adjustment affecting all cards that bring a sticker into the game. The rationale for the ban was the functional mechanic of incorporating such cards, which was deemed to create an unhealthy or disruptive dynamic in competitive play.
